In the quarter of January to March, state-owned Oil & Natural Gas Corporation reported a profit of ₹ 6,734 crore after tax. It suffered a loss of ₹ 3,214 crore in the year-ago period.
But profit after tax was down by 16% for the whole financial year. Gross revenue in Q4 FY21 declined by 1% to ₹ 21,189 crore but in FY21 it was down 29% to ₹ 68,141 crore from ₹ 96, 214 in FY20.
The board of directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.85 per share, taking the total dividend for FY21 to Rs 3.60 per share. (ANI)
