
The Indian government along with the Mizoram government and World Bank have signed a $32 million Mizoram Health Systems Strengthening Project. It’s motto is to improve the existing conditions of health services in North-eastern states.
The fund will rotate around the Centre’s Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana which will help to remove the financial barriers in hospital services.
It will help people across all the eight districts of Mizoram, health sector especially primary and secondary level.
It will also help to reduce the problems that arose due to COVID-19.
