
For the 552nd Birth Anniversary Celebrations of the First Sikh Guru, Pakistan issues visas to 3,000 Sikh pilgrims from India.
According to a statement provided by the High Commission, the Sikh pilgrims would visit numerous gurdwaras in Pakistan, including the Gurdwara Janam Asthan in Nankana Sahib and the Gurdwara Darbar Sahib in Kartarpur.
Thousands of Sikh pilgrims from around the world are scheduled to flock to Pakistan for the occasion.
In order to boost visits to holy sites in Pakistan, the government has issued the maximum number of pilgrimage visas available.
