Almost 50,000 Afghan migrants are stranded on US military sites.

According to local media, about 50,000 Afghan refugees who were evacuated after mid-August are languishing in limbo on US military facilities as winter approaches and the refugees lack supplies for the season.

According to Afghan media, opponents have criticised US President Joe Biden’s administration for not being prepared for the 70,000 Afghans who have been removed from Afghanistan since August 17 and are currently residing on eight military facilities in the United States.
