According to Reuters, Mixing doses of the AstraZeneca and Pfizer-BioNTech generate robust immune responses against the coronavirus, a study conducted by Oxford University has suggested. The study, called Com-COV, compared mixed two-dose schedules of Pfizer and AstraZeneca, and found that in any combination, they produced high concentrations of antibodies against the coronavirus spike protein. Notably, some of the European countries have already started offering alternatives to AstraZeneca as a second shot.
