In North-eastern China, a skull is found which has been preserved for more than 140,000 years perfectly. This skull of a new species closely resembles that of Neanderthals, which can alter our presumption about human evolution.

His face was wide, it had flat, low cheekbones that made him resemble modern people more closely than other extinct members of the human family tree.

Research team has linked this specimen to other Chinese fossil findings and they are calling it Hkmo Longi or “Dragon Man”.
