Reports say that a UN warship “again” sailed through the waters of Taiwan Strait. The US says that it is its routine activity but however, China refers to as a move to stir up regional tension.
The US Navy asserted that the transit is just a symbol of the States trying to maintain the Indo-Pacific region free and open. It further adds that the United States operates in all those places where international law allows. A response on the matter from China is yet to be received. Earlier this month, the Chinese military condemned the United States and Canada for each sending a warship through the Taiwan Strait.
