
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a yellow alert for all 14 districts of Kerala till November 5. In the meantime, the Kashmir region is likely to record further dip in temperatures. Moreover, Srinagar has documented a maximum day temperature of 18.8 degrees Celsius on Sunday.
It has been predicted that Kerala is likely to experience severe rainfall accompanied with thunder and lightning in the upcoming five days. Fishermen have been alerted not to venture out in the sea from the Lakshadweep coast up until November 3th and from the Kerala coast till November 4th.
