Amazon has filed a petition asking for US Federal Trade Commission Chairwoman Lina Khan’s recusal on antitrust matters related to the company. The company believes that the FTC Chairwoman will be biased during the anti-trust investigation, given the statements she has made earlier about the company. Her “Amazon’s Anti-trust Paradox” paper stays one of the most influential one , which was written by her when she was a Law student in Yale University. The agency is investigating Amazon as a part of other investigations in process in Big Tech.
