Shashi Tharoor had his Twitter account locked out when he posted an explainer on why Union Information Technology Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad was blocked from posting through his twitter handle. Tharoor posted a thread of tweets explaining DMCA actions , blocking his access from Twitter account. Ravi Shankar Prasad was denied access on Twitter for almost an hour over complaints , saying violated copyright law by posting his clips from television debates.
